Sophie Thibert-Belaman holds a doctorate in notarial law of (Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat) from the University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also is a graduate from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (H.E.C.) as part of her initial training. She has been awarded the title of « notary adviser on environmental protection » by the National Center of the Notarial Profession.
Due to her training and qualification as a lawyer, Sophie Thibert-Belaman also works with numerous renewed Parisian law firms.
Sophie Thibert-Belaman joined Ducamp-Monod & Partners as a notary partner in 2004. She specializes in both real estate law and corporate law.
She carries out legal real estate surveys on behalf of investors during the transfer of real estate portfolios. She also advises private individuals on real estate transactions and helps them structure and finance their projects
Her atypical background proves to be a valuable asset in her advisory role with company directors. Sophie THIBERT-BELAMAN advises several/numerous entrepreneurs as an expert at the HEC incubator and as a member of the NCE association – Notaires Conseil d’Entreprise.
She advises her clients in both French and English.
In parallel with her professional activities, Sophie Thibert-Belaman regularly teaches as a lecturer in urban planning and construction law for the INFN (Institut National des Formations Notariales). She also teaches for an HEC master’s degree.
